Congratulations on the purchase of your new puppy! We want your puppy to give you much happiness. In order to accomplish this, we have prepared this leaflet to help you in the care of your new puppy. This is also your health guarantee. Please read the following carefully:
Please feed the sample puppy food only for at least the next three days. Then gradually add some of the puppy food of your choice if you wish to change the food. We feed Nutro. This is a maximum nutrition puppy food. Sudden changes in diet can cause diarrhea and will void this health guarantee. Do not give the puppy milk- for the same reason.

I understand that the seller cannot guarantee the future health of any animal that he sells. However, he will guarantee it to be in good health at the time of the sell or the puppy will be replaced, or money returned. The puppy should be inspected by a local veterinarian within 72 hours at the buyers’ expense. This is a 72 hour guarantee. Any vaccinations or medications given during this 72 hour period may null and void this health guarantee. Please contact the breeder immediately if any health problems occur during this 72 hours!!! Important!! Any treatment of the puppy by the buyer or veterinarian without first contacting the breeder will void this guarantee. The return of the live puppy must be accompanied by a written report from your veterinarian within 24 hours of inspection. After the three days pass, seller is not responsible for this puppy in any way. There may be exceptions, to be determined by the breeder.
I understand that the seller will not be responsible for any veterinarian fees what-so-ever, and any expenditure I might incur will be my choice and responsibility.
I understand that the seller does not guarantee against Parvo, Corona or any kind of bacterial viruses after 72 hours of purchase. I also understand that vaccination for these diseases do not guarantee the animal will not contract a disease. Please keep the puppy away from any unhealthy pets.
At the time of delivery, all puppies will have been checked out by a veterinarian, be up to date on wormings and vaccinations and will have a puppy package that includes AKC Registration Application, pedigree, food, Nutra-Stat and a toy (as allowed by shipper).
Each puppy comes with a Limited Genetic Health Guarantee against death caused by genetic defects of the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs for one (1) year from date of purchase. Buyer must take the puppy to a licensed Veterinarian within one (1) week of purchase for this guarantee to remain valid. You must contact us within 24 hours of the exam if any problems have been found and provide Seller with a copy of your Veterinarian’s written certificate stating the exact genetic defect found. In the event of death, the Buyer’s licensed Veterinarian must provide the Seller with a written certificate stating the exact cause of death as verified by an autopsy. Our licensed Veterinarian will review the Buyer’s Veterinarian’s report, and if in agreement as to the presence of a genetic defect as listed above, or that a puppy’s death was caused by a genetic defect listed above and not due to neglect, accidents, or sickness at the puppy’s new home, the puppy will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as one becomes available. If these regulations are not met the Guarantee becomes null and void.
We do not refund money, and Buyer will be responsible for any Veterinarian expenses and any expenses incurred to return the puppy to the Seller or to have a replacement puppy shipped to the Buyer.
We do not guarantee size, coat, color, patellas, bite or fertility once the puppy has left our premises. A puppy’s projected weight is based on the parent’s weight and the history with previous litters and represents our best judgment. Also, we do not warranty against hypoglycemia, retained puppy teeth, coccidiosis, giarrdia, ear mites, external/internal parasites, viral or bacterial infections that may occur after the puppy is brought into your environment. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is not a genetic condition and is susceptible in all toy breeds. Food and water should always be available and Nutri-Stat or equivalent should be given twice daily while the Pomeranian is in its puppy-stage to help avoid the problem. Similarly, retained puppy teeth are also susceptible in all toy breeds and if retained, will need to be pulled.
I understand that the seller does not guarantee against Hypoglycemia. I realize it is my responsibility to prevent this condition.
I understand that seller will mail this puppy’s papers, if applicable, upon clearance of the buyer’s check. This applies to local buyers only. Allow 10 days to 2 weeks. $40.00 FEE FOR ANY RETURNED CHECK
